Signature Spaces – House Rules

To maintain a professional, safe, and productive environment for all Clients and guests, the following House Rules apply to everyone using Signature Spaces.

Professional Conduct

Clients and guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner at all times.

Disruptive behavior, harassment, excessive noise, or any conduct that interferes with the work environment of others will not be permitted.

Signature Spaces reserves the right to ask any individual to leave the premises if their behavior is deemed inappropriate.


Noise Levels

Clients should be mindful of noise levels in shared areas.

  • Phone calls should be kept brief in open seating areas.
  • Longer calls or meetings should be conducted in private offices or conference rooms.
  • Speakers and loud audio are not permitted in shared spaces.

Cleanliness

Clients must maintain cleanliness of shared spaces.

This includes:

  • Cleaning up after use of desks, conference rooms, and kitchen areas
  • Disposing of trash properly
  • Returning furniture and equipment to their original condition

Signature Spaces provides cleaning services; however, Clients are responsible for leaving spaces in a reasonable position.


Guests

Clients may bring guests for meetings or business purposes.

Clients are responsible for the conduct of their guests and must ensure that guests comply with all facility rules.

Guests may not use the workspace independently without a reservation.


Food and Beverages

Food and beverages other than water/coffee will require prior approval from management.


Security

Clients should not allow unauthorized individuals access to the facility.

Any suspicious activity should be reported to management immediately.

Clients must ensure doors are secured when leaving if they are the last person in a designated area.


Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Illegal activity of any kind
  • Smoking or vaping inside the premises
  • Use of hazardous materials
  • Excessive noise or disturbances
  • Unauthorized events or large gatherings

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of facility access.
